Price for khmer style fan room in Phnom Penh?
In Thailand I pay 5,000 thb/month which is $150. Thailand is well known for it's low rental costs. They do double the electric price as a markup though.
Can the same type of place be found in Phnom Penh, near the nightlife areas? Or are Phnom Penh rentals generally a worse value like in the Philippines?
