Actually, that's a nice way to put it ...many would use the less salubrious term 'Bedsitter'.

I think the pictures are of two, different apartments that are mirror images of each other. Whatever... it's a stretch to call a 33 sqm apartment where one of the rooms contains: the bed, half the kitchen and most of the living room, a "One Bedroom".

Did I miss the photos of the kitchen and bathrooms?

Hope not everyone wants to take a dip in the evening. It will be like a cosy sauna.

No there are three different views of the same studio. You can see the same "occasional table" in all views. Of course the bathroom is separate. However I hope the floor area is a mistake, it states "This 1 bedroom condo is well decorated with 33 sqm area size" That's not even big enough for my cat, let alone two people. It should be at least twice that size. The studio apartments at my place are between50 and 73 sqm. check them below.

Must be a 5x6 meter room with a toilet. Or does that include the balcony?

I would actually be interested in buying it, if the price was right. By right I mean annual rent minus costs ($4000) times 7, = around $33,000, or $1000 per 1 square meter. Why would anyone pay more is beyond me, but the Chinese are probably a good target for your marketing efforts.
