At least payment is guaranteed no matter what. Check the cancellation policy for this accommodation @ booking.

Some people are just more comfortable booking there. I always give the option to book directly and get a cheaper rate but to be honest even the people that found the holiday rental here still booked on Booking instead of contacting me directly. It doesn't matter for me at all.
You also have to remember I'm a new holiday rental with not much reviews, booking.com gives at least some security for the guests.

Due to a recent cancellation the Villa is available again between 11 and 15 February. Because of this the discounted price is only $119 a night for up to 4 people if you contact me here directly.
