Too Khmerish. Those overhead cupboards in the kitchen and bathroom would be handy if you were seven foot tall. Overheads in a kitchen should be 600mm above the bench, even then stuff can be out of reach. I hate kitchen cupboards in the tropics, they always get infested with cockroaches. Open shelves are much better.

This apartment looks nice. Maybe you contact Tranio as they can put your apartment for rent in Cambodia
