Get some curtains on those windows and that could be a nice little apartment. Prices are stupid though, the supply/demand correction is taking a long time to hit Phnom Penh.

Just wondering though, what is the point of a swimming pool that size? Is it just for kids to play in? I couldn’t be bothered with a pool not much bigger than a bath.
