Helping my Khmer friend renting out her old family house:

-- rent is $250/month + $60 utilities (electricity, internet, water, garbage collection)
-- 2 floors, 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms
-- in quiet neighborhood in Boeng Tom Poun on Str. 371
