Apartment on second floor for rent in Boeng keng Kong

Dear Value Client.!!!
I have an apartment for rent on Second Floor, it is located on quiet street, safe and no flooding because there is a big sewer in this area.
There are 2 big king size bedrooms wit mattress, pillow, blanket and bed cover too.
There are 2 big bathrooms with heater machine ( Hot and Cool Water Machine ), big bathtub.
Big living room, big kitchen with gas & stove and big balcony with plants.

Price might be useful.
Also good to know there is a big sewer nearby. I guess this is the same sewer that stinks and also the same sewer that flooded it contents to the streets last year as like most sewers here it's not big enough when it rains more than a little.

I think it's a bit harsh to describe Phnom Penh as a sewer.

what is the deal with never posting prices?
seems to me when i see this it must be overpriced.

I lived in an church's nuns residence (long story in itself) on the sewage street for a few months ages ago.
You tend to forget the foul smell after a few weeks :bad:
