I have two great apartments for rent just 30m from the river on Street 118 and very close to Larry Bar.

Apt 1 on 3rd floor with balcony. 1BR 1 Bathroom. Large bathroom with hot water. Great and cold aircon. Bed with mattress. TV with cable. Couch, tables, chairs, your own personal safe, hot water washing machine, 2 burner gas cooker. Great for a single or a couple.

Apt 2 on 4th floor with giant rooftop deck (on 5th floor). No official bedroom but 3 levels and very unique place. It's quiet and peaceful and a great place for anyone who works from home. Fully furnished as above but cold water washing machine and no safety box, however the kickass deck makes up for that.

Both go for $250 a month firm with 1st month plus 2 month security deposit. Seeking responsible renter for longer than 3 month lease.

But 4th & 5th floors? I'd need a Sherpa and pitons to get up the staircase.

I just don't have pictures at the moment. Western renovation with brand new toilets built about 3 years ago. I've only rented to Westeners, usually with their Khmer girlfriends. If you don't go, you won't know. It's a perfect location for that expat subset that likes to be near Larry's and the other fine activities the area has on offer.

I'd do a three month lease. You know, in case it really sucked living there.

Larry's doesn't do much for me. Too clean. Doesn't even feel like it's in Cambodia.
