All looks pretty good in the photo apart from those bathroom tiles. A bit heavy on the eyes. Bathroom height looks to be the usual bodge-up of raisng the floor to hide the pipes. You wouldn't catch me paying $450 though. Maybe 250 for a one bedroom and 3-350 for a two.

That has to be like the smallest kitchen I've ever seen in my life right next to having no kitchen at all and the place looks a little narrow. I'd pay $250 for it but not a penny more.
