Looking for 1 bedroom near Independence Monument or Royal Palace

New to PP and have a temporary accommodation for the first week, but trying to get an early start on finding a place. I work on Street 222 and would like to be in the neighborhoods of the Independence Monument or Royal Palace. Ideally 1 bedroom, $350-$400 max, and long term lease. Any leads are appreciated!
