For once , a reasonably priced, clean and spacious apartment is advertised. now watch over the next year as you see many more become available .

Yep! When does SHV follow? Or is it already in discount mode. Personally have seen no change. Still hundreds of empty units across town.
Still holding out for that big Yuan payday I guess.

With rents low like this obviously there is a huge imbalance with the salesprices.
