If you are into driving / riding into the International Village in Kampot you will have to really like the rough roads into there. They are absolute "Shit ""

They're not that bad really, except during the wet season, expect major improvements to come in the near(ish) future.
$17 sq/m for the advertised land, wonder if he'll get it, seems high for that area, but the land prices out there are constantly increasing...which is good for me

land prices in and around Kampot and kep are crazy and inflated well out of what they should be

the whole country.
even the sub $1 sq m up on the river at Laos is steep.
USA still has some of the cheapest farmland in the world.

Went there once about 10 months ago with a rep from Blue-star to look at a rental property. Then he took me to land that was for sale there, " want to buy " he asked. No! lets get the fuck out of here.
