Selling Honda Win 2017 (110cc) manual - Phnom Penh

Hello there 
I'd like to sell my motorcycle which I bought at the end of April in Hanoi and rode it all the way, round about 4000km, through laos and Cambodia.
Besides from one flat tire I had no problems with it.
The bike is so reliable that it breaks my heart but I have to give it away. Offering it for 300$ as I purchased it for 350$ but it is negotiable.
Regularly changed the oil, every 500-600km and serviced the chain.
It comes with:
- blue card and vietnamese license plate
- luggage rack
- ropes
- lock

The bike is available in Phnom Penh at the 10th of June.
