Has strong Italian accent. About 5 foot 6 age in his hiding late 60’s. He has been deported twice and has snuck back in from Cambodia twice.

He is now on bahtsold and thaivisa using the name Mark and is also selling appliances as well as bikes.

My white 2015 Honda CB 300F was stolen from my condo. Last seen a few many months ago in Sai Mai area of Bangkok with Raffael. Apparently he is known for illegally changing the color of bikes and having questionable paperwork.

Any information leading to the return of my bike in good working order will receive a reward 20,000b. Any help finding Raffaell’s alternate whereabouts would be appreciated and possibly a very small reward.
