Fake reg card, or legitimate?

Have a car, truck, motorcycle, or bicycle you'd like to sell? List it here for free. Heck, you can even buy and sell tuktuks or your pink Scoopy here. Remember, you need a driver's license in Cambodia for cars, trucks, and any motorbike that's over 125cc. And always wear a helmet!

Is this a fake reg card? Its made of paper/card.

All other cards I've seen here for years have been plastic.

That's the new style.

To verify its legit, scan the QR code and check that the details on the website match the card.

Same as the new drivers licenses...look fake, printed on cardboard. Cambodia...1 step forward, 2 steps backwards.

For my previous bikes I had the plastic credit card style however for the latest one my card is the same as the one shown (purchased late 2018 from official dealer)
