[Where to buy] Thick plastic fabric

In which part of Phnom Penh will I be able to find plastic fabric/textiles for sale? I wish to buy a piece of 2.5 meters by 2 meters. It will be for outdoor use such as in parks, etc.
There's a shop near my apartment that sells only cloths/fabrics made of cotton or cotton-polyester.
Your suggestions on where to buy it are most appreciated.
