Once we receive payment from you we will order the item from the online retailer on your behalf and will deliver it to your door for free (for order $25 or over in Phnom Penh, or orders $50 or more we deliver to the provinces in Cambodia as well) or you can pick it up at our office in Phnom Penh.

*Your order should arrive in about 2 to 3 weeks, and again, the items you order are 100% guaranteed to arrive or you get a 100% refund plus a discount on your next order. It's that easy and you can feel confident ordering through us.

To answer some more basic questions, we have some other online retailers you can order from online, and no order is too small. As you probably already know, Amazon and other online shops don't normally ship to addresses in Cambodia, so Cambo Quick orders on your behalf and gets it to Cambodia for you. Many things are very cheap through Amazon USA and even with our small fees it is the fastest and cheapest way to order online and have things delivered to Cambodia without even having to worry about customs because we take care of that for you as well. So now you can buy a Kindle in Cambodia or anything else you want from Amazon, eBay, etc.

Our fee is a flat $6 per pound (that's $13 per kilo) and a 5% handling fee of the purchase price, which covers everything on our end, including insurance. For example, if you wanted to order something from Amazon that cost $100 and weighed 1 pound, you'd pay a total of $111 delivered to your doorstep, which would be 100% insured and would include all fees (shipping from the US to our office in Phnom Penh, customs clearance and even free delivery out to your house or office). There is also what we call a "clearance fee" added sometimes (typically for electronics or luxury items), and that will be included upfront in our quote that we give you, if it's even going to be required at all. Ordering online in Cambodia has never been easier!

I can vouch for Camboquick as being a legitimate service

My concern is the person doing the delivery demanding an extra payment, so it is not good value for money after all.

Another concern is making excuses, and not getting a refund when it does not arrive, the wrong product arrives, or it is damaged.

And that's why it's important they've had good feedback over the years. You can see on Facebook that they have a 4.8 rating out of 5 stars. I checked them out before they became a sponsor on CEO and they clearly have good customer service and nobody has ever claimed they got a quote for shipping and then later be hassled by the delivery person for extra money, lol. They are a legit service.

That sounds like something you might have to deal with if you made the order yourself and just 'hoped for the best' once it gets to Cambodia, but this company has a proven track record of people getting a quote, paying for the quote they were given and getting the item they ordered shipped to Cambodia.

I also noticed that several of my expat buddies in Cambodia like their Facebook page, so that's a good sign as well.

Amazon uses DHL, of course they don't ask you for extra money, and everything arrives as it should, usually within a few working days of placing the order.

I understand why businesses like this existed several years ago but it's a redundant service now.

I know somebody who has had things delivered to the post office by courier. The post office has asked for $15 extra. So dont get it delivered to a post office. This may not be the same amount at all post offices.

These guys have good feedback. I used them last year. All good.

This happens if you order via a delivery service other than DHL and is the reason Amazon ONLY uses DHL when delivering to Cambodia. There is no need for additional quotes and middlemen, amazon delivers directly for the vast majority of items.

The ad says buy from USA.

Can we buy through ebay from China, Hong Kong, Singapore, etc.

No. Only USA.
And who buys stop through eBay China anyway. Does it even exist!
