otherwise Street 107 east of Orussey for a refurbished/reconditioned one... Orussey Market ground floor on the south side just inside where the main entrance with the pillars is. But may as well get a cheap new one tbh.

Yep. Khmer new year sales will be starting soon. old model samsungs will be on offer for $150-$200 in Aeon, and an electic shop around central marker where they sell all the aircon uits and fridges usually has a few on offer
