It's all about building.
You can take the sihanoukvillenightlife.com domain and build a website that covers the bars and nightlife in Sihanoukville, include advertertising and promotions and some decent effort by someone who wants it to be a success and it can be profitable.
phnompenhnightlife website does quite well in comparison.

I've been busy and haven't gotten to putting all the websites on flippa but I got this one on there now.
