Stuff that the current generation has never even heard of.
For some hardcore crazy, Legend of Mother Sarah. She kills smothers her own baby in order to keep it from crying (and everyone can live). Brutal life in the post apocalypse. The darker take of Fist of the North Star.

I'm 50, so, yes, all of them, plus many. I grew up with a tv.newkidontheblock wrote: ↑Mon Oct 16, 2023 2:13 am Stuff that the current generation has never even heard of.
Mother Sarah was a manga, didn't watch an OAV of it.
Worked in a videogame store, lots of side products (miniatures, manga books, vhs, dvds, cosplay etc etc, the full monty).
Mayo, the 5 dollar killer in Malaysia ? Hojo & Asami the Japanese refugees from 75's Cambodia, deciding to take control of both Yakuzas and politics ?

This movie was intense. And someone mentioned it but the "curb stomping" scene omg..
Manhattan keeps on making it, Brooklyn keeps on taking it

Despite what angsta states, it’s clear from reading through his posts that angsta supports the free FreePalestine movement.

Luke Skywalker watching his master and father die are two scenes that hit me hard as a kid. Such reverance and respect.
