One of the best was The Who & Led Zeppelin in 69 in Maryland and numerous dead concerts across the states
Was headed up to Woodstock, but we were on acid an got lost on the way ;-(

The one concert I regret missing the most was Pink Floyd on their Animals tour 1977 at Cleveland stadium. Whole concert sounds like it was stuff legends are made of.

The concerts that I had been to previously (Deep Purple, The Sweet) had been disappointments as far as sound quality went, so I had assumed that Pink Floyd wouldn't be able to replicate their album sound very well.
When Pink Floyd played Perth in 1988 I volunteered to work and let others attend the concert as I didn't want to be disappointed by the sound.
Apparently I was wrong and deeply regret forgoing the opportunity to see the show.

I was able to catch them in 1995 on their Pulse tour at Cleveland stadium. The stadium was built for a Worlds fair in the 1920s and was torn down soon after this concert and replaced with the present one. We were standing about mid field and I remember them doing Money and the sound of the cash registers at the beginning of the song sounded like we were listening on headphones. How they got that sound out of that old stadium, I'll never know. They had 50 semi trailers of gear for that tour. Thank you for the kind advice. I will follow it. My research also tells me that shrooms come from nature, while LSD is made in a laboratory and could contain other crap that could cause the "bad trip." "LSD stands for Lysergic Acid Diethylamide. Lysergic acid is a naturally occurring substance and can also be synthesized.
