yeah it must be
System of a Downs sing a lot of anti war songs, 2 of the members are from Armenia so a lot is to do with the middle east, here a few examples...

About the americans bombing the middle east..

"Politically Lying Unwholly, Cowardly Killers" about war genocides

about war in the middle east

about soldiers in war just being cannon fodder

try a vpn, It's a great list of 143 songs with some Vietnamese and even Cambodian songs on it
Spotify premium is available in any country, i think the free version only works in whatever country you signed up in,
i think the problem is more to do with the link you shared, whats the name of the playlist and ill try sharing it
its the title
im guessing whoever made the playlist hasnt made it available in Cambodia and its not searchable, but ive found a similar one ill try and post

Best movie I have seen about Khmer music and the affects of the war:

Cambodia’s Lost Rock and Roll is a 2014 documentary film, directed by John Pirozzi, about Cambodian rock music in the 1960s and 1970s, before the Khmer Rouge regime and Cambodian genocide.

this song is actually about overcoming addiction but this fan made MV gives the song a whole new, deep, traumatic war meaning, gives me goosebumps every time i watch it, really recommend giving it a watch, the video is about the US/Middle east wars

A happy little song, mainly about death and destruction, with a chorus simply consisting of the word Vietnam repeated about a hundred times. I couldnt get past the first two minutes. I don't think it will be a hit, but good luck to the young man for his effort.

BeeGee's ? I am not sure if they came After the Vietnam War. But their song Staying Alive fits the Theme

Choreography was perfect.
