British Humour at its Best

Post by Skankykins »

I miss that '80s show.

It does make me wonder what Thais think when we mock our monarchy.

Remember to 'Like' it.

I tried watching that recently. I used to like it years ago but that type of humor feels a bit dated. I got bored and turned it off after a few scenes.

True JB. I bet you laughed at Friends and Lenny Henry too.

I laughed at Lenny Henry and liked Sally James in Tiswas. I never got into that Friends show.

The best English humor doesn't need puppets of special effects, and still can make fun of simple common deja-vu stuff, as i perceive it.

But, i'm just a frog.

Hear hear. I just started watching it from the link above and turned it off after 1:15.

Maybe in my eagerness to share 'best' was probably a bit of a stretch.

It made me chuckle, admittedly it ain't quite up there with Drop the Dead Donkey or Mr. Bean.

I didn't find it particulalry funny. A couple of good parts & portrayal of the cabinet & Harry good, let down by the script

The Trump tweeting stuff & Covid a bit poor. Debate ok. No point to satirise Trump, its already too far fetched to begin with.

And the song was no "Our god is bigger than your god"
