A Foreign Man Accused Of Stealing Underwear and Phone by His Cambodian Wife

Phnom Penh: According to Hangmeasdaily, a woman accused her foreigner husband of stealing her underwear and phone after she refused him to sleep on the bed with her. She made a complaint at Choam Chao police station on 24 July 2016.

The woman is a 40 years old, garment worker living in a rented house in Choam Chao, Pur Senchey district, Phnom Penh. She is originally from Tbong Khmum province. The foreigner man named Danny Henry Davila, 30 years old, Uruguayan, living in a condo located in Beoung Kok 2 commune, Toul Kork district, Phnom Penh.

According to the woman, she said she has been together with the foreign man a long time ago, however recently her husband has been behaving badly and had domestic violence against her again and again. She added, on 25 June 2016, she had filed a complaint to police and he was brought to the police station and advised about domestic violence. Adding that, she had verbally reported to police many times as they didn’t get along well. Later, as she couldn’t stand with him and his bad behavior, she didn’t allow him to sleep with her.

Unexpectedly, the husband stole her underwear and phones and would return them back if she allows him to have sex with her.

This is a terrible country to live in if you have mental problems.
