What does anyone know about *sahm* - a plant which makes money?

It is claimed that a small plot of *sahm* - maybe the size of a tennis court or somewhat less - brings in $150 a month.

Can anyone shed light on this?

More information required. Do you have a photo?
What part of the plant is harvested? Leaves, bark, roots?

The youngest leaves are used in cooking, so one is continuously harvesting - as with a tea bush.
