I don't know about that but I was listening to RFE and the head of the committee, a monk, said the authorities want all participants to be fingerprinted. I shit you not.they better bring a lot of ink!!!

Beer, water ,pot noodles , cigarettes, lighter and a couple of candles. (Bottle of Bombay gin in case it lasts.) Some books.

well if the crowd is anything like it was last Monday that will delay the departure of the procession for a day or 2.
problem solved.
it will hinge on the willingness of The People to obey orders by the authorities.
if they insist on marching, there could well be violence.
i note HE is on the campaign trail in the provinces, so he will not be responsible for the outcome, whatever it is.
