Worker died from lack of oxgen.
A maintenance worker died from lack of oxygen while inside a water reservoir tank.
http://www.khmertimeskh.com/news/27006/ ... of-oxygen/One worker suffocated and died and at least two others were injured while doing maintenance on the inside of a water reservoir tank in 7 Makara’s Boeung Pralit commune on Wednesday afternoon, according to police.
Despite local media reports that the fatality and injuries resulted from a collapse of the tank, located inside a large building at the intersection of streets 111 and 242, a district policeman who asked to remain nameless said the men ran out of oxygen.
