Bad drugs?
You're making a moral judgment about chemical substances. That's very scientific, you're obviously an expert on the topic.
Once again ur putting words in my mouth, NOT making ANY moral judgement of chemicals
Only there are "bad drugs" out there, NOT the drug itself but the chemical make up
this includes coke/smack cut with rat poison, cleaning agents etc to add weight,
An inexperienced cook mixing wrong, ( this happens a lot with PCP and MDMA), this goes to the possibility that there may be a large batch of 'bad drugs' doing the rounds, that killed the two guys in Kampot
Drugs cooked in China an making there way around that are cooked using whatever they want.
Expert?? no idea, but been around them for over 40 years
if u know something, please enlighten us
In a nation run by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely. HST

Yes, you are correct. I was loose with my words. As one attorney put it, "While it may be reprehensible to make false and defamatory statements about someone who has died, in most states there is no recovery for libel or slander of someone who is deceased."General Mackevili wrote:Actually, one thing is FACT:LTO wrote:
Possession is not smuggling. To leave the OP as is is libelous.
It is NOT libel. He is deceased. You could legally say he is a convicted drug smuggler and it's still NOT libel. Just an FYI...

I am still waiting for the legal documents, which I said I'd base a better opinion about and remove it completely from the title, which still hasn't been produced.
And I have a feeling that that article just took whoever's word for it. At least one of the articles quoted stuff directly from CEO that is nowhere else to be quoted from, and they say it like it's fact.
We also would like to know on what basis have written that he was a smuggler ? Because the BBC has written so ? Give legal document where it says was convicted of smuggling drugs

More retarded crap from a first time poster. We are just the messengers, we pass on reports from other sources. When we have enough inside knowledge we pass that on too. He was accused of a crime years ago. Nobody here said he was convicted.

So why is it written in the accused ? It should be that he was a suspect. He was the only suspect. Never anything he has not been proven

Hey, why don't you try to get an English dictionary?

He was accused of 'smuggling' related charges 3 years ago. Since he was acquitted of all 'smuggling' related charges a year ago, he is no longer accused, (nor alleged, nor a suspect.) Once one is acquitted of an accusation that person is no longer accused, (nor alleged, nor a suspect.) The title on the thread is inaccurate. I don't understand why it remains. It is like saying someone is pregnant even after she has given birth because she once was pregnant.World wrote:I am still waiting for the legal documents, which I said I'd base a better opinion about and remove it completely from the title, which still hasn't been produced.
