Made it to the hill! I didn't notice any changes, but probably because I had a comfy pair of beer goggles on by the time we got there.
Whew, still recovering after a very fun night out with bolueeleh. The man can party.
I knew it would be a late night out when he bought some raw quail eggs from a midget and put them in his beer, HAHAHA! Not even joking...

And I have fuck all for internet out here on Otres 2, so moving back to civilization tomorrow. The Secret Garden Restaurant has been the highlight of Otres 2, considering the weather has been bad and everything seems closed. The Secret Garden has some of the best food I've had in a while, and a beautiful set-up with great service. That might be the only reason to come out to Otres 2 during the wet season,, LoL.
Thanks again, bolueeleh!

^^ The expression on the midget's face says it all. ("This guy is seriously weird")

Before:
Halfway down was the French boules place. Closed now.
After:
However, all is not lost of the old-style Cambodia - at the end of this new concrete strip leading to Victory beach, there are a few metres after Sakal bungalows that remain unsealed and full of rocks. The people who live at the very bottom of the road look very poor, so they probably couldn't afford to pay, and the tourist places don't care about the end of the road as long as there is concrete outside their place. Unbeatable reasoning.
