Today is a Holiday ?

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Next Tuesday is also a holiday. Royal Ploughing ceremony.

The following week, Wednesday is a holiday. International Children's Day.
Yup, I even took this coming Monday off so I can have a 5 day weekend.

Still waiting for any ideas on where to stay in Kep.

Why not in one of those deserted villas? If there are any left. Last time I was there (4 years ago) they were knocking them all down and building new ones.
I stayed at a place on the main drag as you get to the beach area. It was OK and on the left. It had a rather large new restaurant area. Fairly cheap in comparison (7-8$) can't remember the name.

Why do you want to fob off your kids all the time? Spend some time with them you lazy git. I am sure when you enroll at the school they could let you know the holidays and if you don't know the cambodian holidays its your own fault. Have some of that ;)
