There are red arrows at the businesses on Indy beach indicating they must move 8M inland. There is vacant land that makes that possible. Haven't seen any at Hawaii Beach. Yet!
Haven't seen at Rich Resort or Queenco either. Doubt I will. Haha!

Beaches to be reclassified into fully public, half-public and "luxury resort" (means no riff-raff public I think). Which is pretty how things are at the moment, aren't they ? Carry on.

Speaking to reporters following the meeting, the deputy secretary of the National Committee for Cambodian Bay Management and Development, Ny Phally, said it was decided that beaches will be reclassified under three designations: state-managed public beaches, state-managed public beaches with private-sector participation and state-run luxury resort beaches.
Phally said plans were also discussed to update regulations governing entertainment provided by beachfront businesses, as well as guidelines for the monitoring of the beaches’ upkeep...
