How is Low Season in Victory Hill, Sihanoukville?

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Duno exactly but they are kinda like the HI SO peoe of sinoukville.

That place has changed into something else kinda it could be more bout women and cheap beer but now it's drugs and gambling plus rotten Vietnamese hookers then towards otred its semi preppy rich western druggies trying to impress each other about who can do the most MDMA.

the only thing ive really noticed an increase of is the amount of groups of young Chinese guys peacocking around the square, i get told by the girls that they usually either work at the casinos or one of those "call centres"

No longer just being aa foreigner means instant beautiful high maintenance Khmer women.
Even Thailand they are using tinder to hookup.

Muscles , tattoos, tinder and money are now needed in Third world country's as well as america uk Australia etc etc .

No not money.
When I first arrived back here in 2010, I use to sometimes ride around shouting in a lust filled voice "Gold! Gold! GOLD!".
