Actually, if you notice, Cambodians are often very polite to barang in certain shops and are for ever touching their arms in traditional respect. It's just another one of the things that makes me schizo out here.

I think HE must be hoping that his name is so long and boring nobody will ever bother writing about him again. Otherwise, HE has just made himself an even bigger laughing stock outside of Cambodia/ Asia. Every time someone prints his full title (which they probably will do for the laughs), they will translate it into English just so everyone can see what a ******* ********* he actually is.
