There was a heavy rain at Kratie province

Kratie: The report said that, there was a heavy rain with thunder and lightning last night at 10: 00 pm on April 28, 2016 through out Kratie province. The rain felt until 12:00 midnight at the provincial town, noticed to be acceptable while the temperature has been highly increased.

However, since there were terrible thunder and lightning, one person was died, suffering from lightning.

Until April 29, 2016 the sky still has been covered by darkness through out the province.

And in Prey Veng, there was a rainfall in some places, approximately 20 minutes at Svay Antor district, causing the high temperature decrease, continued the report.

There were black clouds in the sky all afternoon here in SHV but no rain. Had a few drops around Ubon in Thailand about three days ago.
