Kampong Thom: People got shock after seeing an old woman 's dead body floating under Kampong Thom bridge, Steng Sen on April 25,2016.

According to the source, the victim's name was known as Chhean Thuch, 40, female, lived at Thnal village, Toul Krerl commune, Prasat Balang district, Kampong Thom.

The victims had a mental problem and she was normally taken care by her relatives. However, after she was allowed to leave out, such case happened,said the residents.

The dead body has been currently doing an autopsy.
