You started using computers in the early 1960s? Far out.

How cheap is cheap for you? You can get meals for $1-2. It may not be exciting, but you can eat for $5 a day on the street. Cheap stalls are everywhere; you can tell that they are cheap because they have plastic stools outside on the pavement or on the street, and they usually cook in a little cart on the street too. You don't need google map, just your eyes.

However, you will need money for a place to stay and other things. It is not good when foreigners come to Cambodia with no money and they beg for food from local people here. You don't have to be rich, but you must be able to support yourself.
Did you read about the foreigners with no money who get sick in Cambodia ? There are many threads about this on the forum because it happens all the time - people get sick or have an accident, and then they are in the shit with no way to get home.

Not saying you are like this, but life in Cambodia can be rough if you have no money.

$39 for internet? How fast? I'm only paying $16 for 6Mbps fibre, but Digi's prices escalate very quickly above that.

Wish I could afford $25/day for food.

After rent/electric/water/insurance are paid I only have about $15/day to live on (food/groceries and day to day expenses) which is pretty lean really.

I have fibre connection with Open net, 10mbs. They do give you one month free if you pay for five months which I did so not quite $39 a month.

$195 for six months

Ah ok, much the same as Digi then. If I go from 6 to 8 Mbps the cost almost doubles from $16 to $30/mo - not worth it for 33% speed increase.
