Or stabbed through the heart or something. Just saying. Does he look like he died of old age? whatever that means. Does it mean he died healthy? Died in his sleep would have been nicer.

Maybe they mean he died without being murdered or having taken drugs and they distinguish these types of "old age" deaths to the other "heart stopped"

That doesn't bode well.

Look like he had liver cancer . He didn't seem to die from any illness caused from obesity.

As far as I can figure 74 is considered old age. No big mystery, most people die by that age.

Sihanoukville: A 73 year old American man, identified as David Bruce Planck from California, has been found dead in his rented room in Otres City restaurant, located at village 6, commune 4, Sihanoukville.

His body was found by residents at 9:00pm on April 17, 2016. The victim's name is "Planck, David Bruce," 72(73?), an American tourist, passport number xxxxxxxx, valid until December 2, 2016.

According to an autopsy, the victim was suffering from previous health problems and died of old age.

David Bruce Planck was born on April 23, 1942 in Los Angeles County, California.

His corpse is being kept at the provincial hospital waiting for the US embassy's decision.

He looks quite fit and healthy in his passport photo from just 6 years ago.
