Phnom Penh: One woman was seriously injured and sent to the hospital immediately after being robbed at 8:30 pm on April 12, 2016 nearby 7 January bypass, Kampuchea Krom street, Tek Laork1 commune, Toul Kork district.

The victim's name is Thom Malis, female, a Mobitel staff for Cellcard company, living in Chhouk village, Tek Tla commune, Sensok district. ( She was knocked down and her head got smashed, bleeding on the floor).

The items stolen were an iphone 6 and a $50 note.

Police said that before the robbery, the victim had left home and asked her mother to go with to Aeon mall, but her mother declined. After she had left the mall with her motorcycle, C125, black, plate number 1BE9757, she eventually came across two suspects who were driving a motorcycle close to her and grabbed her bag, causing her to fall down and smash her head on the pavement, causing a lot of blood.

She was then sent to the hospital immediately and her motorcycle is currently being kept at Tek Laork police station, and the 2 criminals are still at large.
