Local spotted a foreigner likely a backpacker was sleeping on the sidewalk near national back of Cambodia in Kampot province then they took pictures and posted them on Facebook. It seemed like he also has some valuable stuff next to him.

Kampot has become loony central now.
much much worse than sihanoukville for barang deros.
Kris wants to keep it on the down low along with the rest of the chamber of commerce down there, but it has turned into a hive of scum and villainy.
