grey laws= bad investment

do u really want to invest that kind of money with out assurances ur not going to get kicked off next month, in 6 months, a year??

yes, i myself have been affected by the recent laws change of National Bank of Cambodia to Micro Finance Instituitions, just because Mr HE says that cambodia people are burdened by high interest rates. :x
