Disabled British man confined to a wheel chair was thrown ... Whoops I mean committed "suicide" in Udon thani , Thailand off of a tenth floor condo I'm not sure how a man in a wheel chair manages to climb up and jump over a balcony rail but I guess it's possible in the "land of smiles".

there is NOTHING in the article that says he was in a wheel chair
shouldn't u be at work at your $55/hour job now
Mr. Mr.Kilvonen Unto Ilmari a 78 year old native of Finland is thought to have gone up to the 10th floor of the building at Angket Pattaya, Soi Watboonkanchanaram before jumping to his death.
Officers went to his room on the fourth floor to check and found a suicide note on the dining table.
