A Foreigner Fainted and Fell on the Road

Phnom Penh: According to Koh Santepheap Daily News, there was an old foreigner about 70 years old was walking alone along the road and then he fainted and fell on the road which caused him to have bloody cut on his head. The event happened around 12:30 pm on 22 March 2016 along Sihanoukv Blvd corner of street 51 at the back of Langka pagoda located in Beong Kang Kang 1 commune, Chamkar Mon district.

According to witnesses: the foreigner was walking alone along Sihanouk Blvd and then while he was crossing to street 51 , he fell down and had bloody cut on the back of his head and fell unconscious. Later police called for ambulance to bring him to calmette hospital.

Poor guy, laying out there injured and bleeding on the incredibly hot and dirty pavement. What a nightmare. Good to see some decent people got involved and took care of him.

In Thailand they would just look at him on the street and say " why falang not dead yet?".
