Bar girl scam??? someone help
Bar girl scam??? someone help
Hi ive been hearing about this particular scam from some people. Youre at a bar, a girl approaches, you take aliking and ur off for the night. However when you get to your room, she somehow calls the police only for them to be banging on your door demanding a 1000$ bribe for bringing back an underge girl. For me this would be trrible if ever happened considering i am on budget. How prevalent is this scam and how can i avoid this considering every goddamn bar girl looks so freakin young???

I've heard about this happening mostly in the Philippines for ages and similar stories from Vietnam, but I'm sure it happens many places. The "she told me she was 19" defense won't hold water anywhere in the world. How about this....no photo ID card, and she looks even possibly to be under 20-something, then no sex? If you put yourself in a position with a potentially under-age girl, you pay the penalties, and those can be exceedingly harsh almost everywhere in the world. Get caught with a minor in some places and you would BEG to be let off with a measly $1000 cash payment only. If you are worried about this happening to you, sounds like you need to reconsider some of your life choices.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

How prevalent? It happens every night.
1000$ bribe is cheap! Count your lucky stars.
How to avoid? #1 Don't take children back to your room. #2 Ask to see her ID.

You are a guy potentially headed to a third world prison if you don't get your head out of your ass on this particular issue. It only takes once, doesn't it? But don't take my word for it. Go ahead and play with fire. See what happens.cashclay wrote:LOL yeah but once in a while wont be bad. Im a guy.

Cambodia is not the place to be if you need to check IDs. Official IDs rare as hens teeth, whereas in Thailand and Indonesia you can guarantee anyone can find a genuine card in minutes. This goes for mundane employment, too, anything issued by an employer is suspect and few do due diligence because if they did crack down on child workers the countryside would fall apart economically.Rutiger wrote:I've heard about this happening mostly in the Philippines for ages and similar stories from Vietnam, but I'm sure it happens many places.
