yeah it's just preferences... i just think their meat is too coarsely ground. the stuff johnny was making in PP before he left was aces. a nice fine pork sausage.

Yeah, horses for courses OD. Most Aussie sausages now days are so finely ground the texture is very pasty. I prefer the coarser grind myself, reminds me of how the sausages were when I was a kid. I only tried Jonnys once, but they were very good! Pity he went back to the UK.

Best sausage I ever had was in Northern Lao, and second best had to be Chiang Mia.
They stuff all these leaves and spices into them. Amazing stuff. Never had anything like it except in those regions.

The cedar roasted asparagus has good chew. I don't know how to enjoy it, so I'll Instagram it instead.

I've been to Chiang Mai, tried most most of the local foods; but miss the sausage thing. How amazing was amazing? :d
