I have a suspicion that he is actually a methpat. Is Shitsville missing any of its good old blokes? People actually tried to help him but he would have none of it.

Siem Reap gets a guy like this about once a year. PP and Snookie about once an hour. Who cares? He's not harming anyone - he's just a fucking mess. It's a bit different from beating a guy to death in your apartment and the whole town saying; "No, he's a top bloke - wouldn't harm a fly."

I've had the joys of PP this week and my visa will be in my hands very soon... and then I am the fuck out of here and not coming back. I didn't like the place much when I lived here and it's gone downhill since. There's a palpable air of aggression everywhere. I watched an English dude scream at a woman for not telling him where she worked and then tell her to fuck off. The street urchins who used to try and charm you into buying their crap are now going; "No thankyou? Why the fuck not?" which is both admirable and revolting in the same breath. For every business that has opened catering to new and richer markets... there are 5 catering to the lowest common denominator. Siem Reap may have its bad moments but in PP it's 24/7 now...
