Foreigner Injured Himself Avoiding the Alcohol Testing
Sihanoukville: accoridng to a report, a foreigner was causing problem with the traffic police in the early morning on 05 Feb 2016 while police tried to pull him over for alcohol testing near Two Lions roundabout. So, he speeded up his motorbike to avoid pulling over which later caused him to fall down and slightly injured himself. Then, police brought him to the hospital and later to the police station for questioning.

The police should have left the idiot to fend for himself after he came off his bike, shame he only slightly injured himself whilst attempting to escape from the police

Yeah it should be a point to Sihanoukville because someone actually did their job; never a point to Shitsville for attracting another "lowest form of life" character of course. Only in Cambodia could anyone be so delusional.

Think this was on Ekareach outside Lucky Ocean supermarket heading downtown. AFAIK this was one of two road blocks on Ekareach - the other one downtown somewhere - around Charlie Harpers I think.
