Business for Sale in Sihanoukville

If you are looking for a business to buy in Cambodia, you've come to the right place! This is a section where owners can post their businesses for sale and where others in the community can ask questions about starting a business here. Foreigners can own 100% of a business here in Cambodia, and it's a pretty simple process to buy or sell, whether it's a bar, restaurant, hotel, or anything else. Have questions about what paperwork is needed for your company? Ask away. Curious if the expat bar on Street 136 selling for $100,000 is a good deal? Start a discussion on CEO and we'll let you know what we think.

apply and see, if you have anything other than bigotry behind your ill informed statements.
Personally, I have been able to work in 5 countries legally with zero issues.

I personally know people from kashmir, punjab, sri lanka, and a number of other countries who have had no problems at all entering the USA to work either on business or h1b visas.

sounds to me you are talking out your ass, trapper.

Plus, millions a year just come to USA and stay each year.

They are not vigorously pursued, or stuck in some pacific lazarette like your country does- to be abused by employees of cia front companies with your apparent acquiescence,

stupid is as stupid does, son, now straighten up and fly right.

Doubt it.
You don't have to have many skills to obtain a skilled migration visa (subclass 457) for Australia.

Kitchenhands, hairdressers, bus/truck/taxi drivers, etc are all abusing the system.

A regular joe with no bachelors degree from Australia cannot goto America and legally do kitchen hand , construction, menial labour etc etc.

The only way is through the green card lottery which you need money to enter.

Frauds and scams
There is no charge to enter the diversity visa lottery, and the only way to do so is by completing and sending the electronic form available at the U.S. Department of State's website during the registration period. However, there are numerous companies and websites that charge a fee in order to complete the form for the applicant. The Department of State and the Federal Trade Commission have warned that some of these businesses falsely claim to increase someone's chances of winning the lottery, or that they are affiliated with the U.S. government.[16]
There have also been numerous cases of fraudulent emails and letters which falsely claim to have been sent by the Department of State and that the recipient has been granted a Permanent Resident Card. These messages prompt the recipients to transfer a "visa processing fee" as a prerequisite for obtaining a "guaranteed" green card. The messages are sometimes sent to people who never participated in the lottery and can look trustworthy as they contain the recipient's exact name and contact details and what appears to be a legal notice.

it pays to actually check your facts before stating them as facts.

maybe a little off topic now.
