As Hotdigr said, it was a motor vehicle accident.
The barang was driving a car and collided with a motorbike driven by Mr. Ban Sarum.

Why give points when you don't know what happened? As LTO says it was probably the Cambodian's fault but they blamed it on the Barang. I'm sure CEO news will be wrought with guilt after printing yet another misleading headline.

Exactly what UT said. My missus translated it as " Barang in car have accident with Mr. Ban Sarum on moto" NO indication of who was in the right or who was in the wrong. A simple statement of fact.

because the headline made it sound like the foreigner hit him and got arrested for it, until i read the comments which pointed out the title was misleading...

She must be physic if she got all that from that headline.
The headline says arrested. So, I suspect that is some indication as to who's fault it was. LTO is now saying it was the barangs fault it seems. I dunno, I keep misreading him.

Only 5 K a month trapper? That's not going to go far in WA. The poverty line in Australia is $53,000 and the average wage above $70,000 now. However wages are static now mainly due to the import of a million work visa holders, the miners have reduced costs by up to 50%!
