Oh there is... I have friends in the new telcos there and they tell me it's dynamite for ladies of the night. Just go to a night club and meet any one of the 50+ ethnicities that make up Myanmar...Jamie_Lambo wrote:theres no red light scene ive already checked, we would find it boring...General Mackevili wrote:I need to check that place out.phuketrichard wrote: Personally if i was young, i would head to Myanmar

There are a whole load of independent restaurants who hire western chefs. This isn't Thailand.phuketrichard wrote: I doubt there are any independent restaurants that would hire a western chef ( i could be wrong)

for a real salary?John Bingham wrote:There are a whole load of independent restaurants who hire western chefs. This isn't Thailand.phuketrichard wrote: I doubt there are any independent restaurants that would hire a western chef ( i could be wrong)
i am not talking about a restaurant willing to pay $500/month for a chef
BTW: plenty of western chefs here and they make dam good $$$ as well, a friend of mine works as a chef in a restaurant in a 4 star hotel and pulls in over $4,000/month plus accommodations.
Many Europeans own their own restaurants here as well
In a nation run by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely. HST

Best stick to TH, KH and VN for the KTVs. A night in Chinese or Myanmar KTV will cost near the price of your return flight!Jamie_Lambo wrote:but im male, i only think with my dickphuketrichard wrote:

Re: Moving to Cambodia
The only thing that's 'in your face' is the foreign trade, take that away from both those countries and it's not much different that Yangon in appearance IMO.phuketrichard wrote:;
last month i was in Yangon,
i was approached on the street if i wanted a girl
I asked where, an he pointed across the street to a huge ktv club
its just not in your face like Thailand and Cambodia, which for me is a BIG ++++
If you need bar girls to make your life more enjoyable, perhaps u need to rethink your priorities.
