Resident Evil Dog with Mange Needs a Vet to come to Koh Rong

Koh Rong Pups in Paradise:

This is Scuffer. He has no owner and is always alone, the other dogs attack him often which has made him very timid and scared. Over the past month his trust in humans has greatly improved since we've been able to provide him with dog food and treatment. We still have a long way to go with his mange and infected dog fight wounds around his neck. He can't wear a collar at this stage so taking him from the island is impossible, what we need is a vet to come to the island to look at him. We can arrange accommodation for travelling vets so please contact us or pass this on if you can help. Thanks P.I.P

Probably a vet from Vietnam would cure him.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.
